APRIL 15th MEETUP!

Mae Govannen, Rangers. I am proposing a meetup for any GA/Southeast Rangers. GA Renaissance Festival, opening day! Currently (until Fed 14th) tickets are Buy One, Get One Free.

My wife and I are attending opening day and I will be in my ranger kit. So, any rangers in the area should join. We'll figure out a specific time to meet up at one of the pubs. Who's with me? Rangers, sound off!

Oh you know I'll be there! Still got a few more details I'm working on garb-wise, but just broke in stone new boots today. New bow arriving Wednesday. New cloak material tomorrow. It's all coming together. Really the big challenge I'm facing is belts.

Got a lot of my kits stuff squared away, and came into some money and ordered some more stuff. Also got my ticket confirmations for the wife and I. So I'll be there and in full garb, no less! And then we can use this outing to plan future outings in our area! A vicious cycle of outing-based-outings!

I’d love to join as well! Still working on putting together my kit, but I should have something workable by then! I just got in the material for my ruana cloak, I’ve just got to get some serviceable boots and also find a good period belt!

It's okay if you don't have a full kit by then. Just be glad to get to meet and put faces to names, theb we can do our own outtings and maybe even help one anothet with kit!

Exactly. No kit, partial kit, if you prefer to do Ren Fest in pirate garb... Whatever. I'll be in as much kit as I can bear. Not doing my full pack of course.
It will just be good to meet in person. I'm thinking something like meet at the Drunk Monk pub at 1pm?
